In the research phase, we work together with you to learn everything about your business and your market.

Over a number of discovery calls, we dive deep into the history of your business and where you want to take it. We also send you a detailed brand questionnaire. This gives you a chance to focus your thoughts on what you want to achieve from digital marketing, as well as giving us the information needed to plan the campaign.

We also conduct our own research into your sector, target audience and competitors. By the end of this phase, you’ll know exactly where you potential customers are, what they’re looking for and the best ways to target them.


Now it’s time for us to plan your campaign. We take all the research – the trends, campaign objectives, audience data and brand insight – to create a bespoke digital marketing strategy.

We’ll look at the sort of content you should be providing, both from a brand authority and an SEO perspective. We’ll suggest ways to optimise your website, with design and back-end fixes. And we’ll give you our recommendations for Google and Facebook ad campaigns, including detailed keyword research.

In terms of social media, we’ll recommend the platforms to focus on, the content to use, the audience to target and the tone of voice to use. Everything is focused on what you want to get out of your marketing campaign, whether that’s building brand awareness or driving sales.


Once you’ve received your marketing audit and strategy report, you choose how you want to go forward.

If you’d like to manage your own digital marketing, we offer one-to-one marketing consultancy sessions: anything from once a week to every day. These are charged by the hour, so you can use as much or as little as you need.

If you’d like us to run the campaign for you, we can sit back and let us handle everything. While you run your business, your digital marketing will be working in the background to build your brand and drive sales.

When you’re running a digital marketing campaign, it’s critical to monitor the analytics. This way you’ll ensure every pound you spend is working as effectively as possible.

We can show you how to A/B test every piece of content you post. You’ll be able to discover exactly what strategies are the most effective, and tweak the content as you go.

If you asked us to manage the campaign, we track all your activity every step of the way. Each month, we send you a full monthly review. You’ll be able to see exactly what’s working the best and where you need to concentrate your efforts.

At this point, you can use the questionnaire to help guide your own marketing campaign. Or, if you’d like us to do it for you, we’ll take the cost of the report off any of our packages.
